Christmas 2013

“Christmas waves a magic wand over this world, and behold, everything is softer and more beautiful. ”
― Norman Vincent Peale

I love Christmas.

Each year when December comes round I want to inhale everything festive - be it mince pies or mullled wine, Christmas songs or ice skating, I want it all!  The tree goes up mid-December and the Christmas songs have to be playing whilst decorating it, with a mulled wine in hand and freshly made mince pies in the oven.

I'm traditional when it comes to Christmas and like a child again.  I want to believe in the magic of Christmas.  I love all of the excuses for meeting up with old friends and family get-togethers just as much as cosying up by the fire with a glass of red wine and writing the Christmas cards.

Everybody who celebrates Christmas has their own traditions, the things that they do that makes Christmas special to them.  I thought I would give you a peak into mine....
